Objective:

  • Determination of success factors for marketing direct mail campaigns.

Result:

  • We have determined the best designs, text lengths, titles, etc. in various tests to increase the opening and response rate of digital direct mailings.
  • Reasons for readers unsubscribing were identified and used for optimization.
  • Higher open rates and the focus on “interested readers” instead of “many readers” have made the mailing campaign more profitable.
