Result

  • A Power BI model was used to create transparency about ancillary product interest and willingness to pay for each route offered.
  • Demand-based dynamic prices were set and tested for selected ancillary products by route in a pilot implementation.
  • An automatic pricing logic for additional ancillary products was set up for each individual flight event.
