Benno Christian Daegling


Benno started his own consultancy in 2002 which developed into UNEX. Before he was Partner at St. Gallen Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman. Today he is practice head of UNEX Aviation & Travel and Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Mike Radziwinski


Mike is a co-founder of UNEX. He has very successfully built up a strong UNEX Trade Fair competence center. Before starting his own consultancy Mike worked at St. Gallen Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman. He is also responsible for our Durable Goods business.

Stefan joined UNEX in 2010 after 4 years with another consulting firm. He has been led many projects in our Trade Fair, Aviation & Travel, and Branded Goods competence centers.

Björn has joined UNEX in 2005 after working for Oliver Wyman. Since then he has had responsibility for many projects in Aviation & Travel, Trade Fair Industry, and Branded Goods.

Benjamin Luckassen


Benjamin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in International Business. Before joining UNEX, he founded a logistics company and managed it for over 5 years. He worked on several projects in Germany and abroad and is part of our Competence Center Fair.

Claudia Heydenreich


Claudia works for UNEX since 2005 in both, the Aviation & Travel and Branded Goods competence center. Before she was part of Oliver Wyman.

Arne Semken


Arne holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management. He has gained work experience at Mondelez and Schwartauer Werke as well as in the Aviation & Travel industry.

Anna Becker


Anna joined UNEX in 2015 after 3 years in the digital media industry. She holds a Master of Science degree in General Management and executed various projects in our Aviation & Travel, Trade Fair and Branded Goods division.

Robin Andrae


Robin has B.A. in Social Economics and has gained experience by leading his own company. Now he is using these experiences in the Aviation & Travel industry.

Jonas Töwe


Jonas holds a Master of Science degree in International Management. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Aviation Management, granting in-depth knowledge of this complex yet thrilling industry. Jonas gained work experience at Fraport AG and in boutique consulting firms.

Stephan is a Professor of Business Administration and Tourism. He is author of various journal articles and a reputated speaker at major industry conferences. Stephan gained 9 years of work experience at Lufthansa Group. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Mannheim.

Prof. Dr. Ralf Vogler


Ralf is a Professor of Transport Management, Business Administration and Law at Heilbronn University. He has more than 10 years international experience in aviation and was responsible for various topics and projects linking commercial and legal aspects. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Siegen.

Horst Findeisen


Horst joined the UNEX Aviation & Travel team in 2018 from Star Alliance where he spent many years in Top Management. His international aviation career started at Lufthansa and LH Cargo. Horst is a founding member of Europe’s pre-eminent research circle on strategic alliances and lectures at leading universities.

Jürgen Hild


Jürgen’s airline career spans over 30 years in Top Management positions. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and also is a pilot. He joined the UNEX Aviation & Travel team in 2018.

Ralf Schustereder


Ralf joined the UNEX Aviation & Travel Group in 2021. His international aviation career started at Lufthansa 1985 and covered several managerial positions in the Lufthansa Group within Germany and abroad. Beside his operational business knowledge, he gained high expertise within the ground handling community and finally changed 2007 to the airport business, covering top management positions in Frankfurt and Cairo.

Mark Anzur


Mark joined the UNEX Aviation and Travel team in 2018. He has management experience at two mid-sized airlines and worked as a business consultant. He holds a Masters degree in Economics.

Dr. Brock Friesen

SENIOR ADVISOR - Vancouver, Canada

Brock’s international aviation career on three continents followed an IMD MBA.  His CEO and VP leadership at global and regional carriers included turnarounds, change management, joint ventures, mergers, and a start-up.  Core competencies include strategy, commercial, and finance. His prior academic research was in environmental management. He is a former CEO of two mid-sized airlines. As a consultant, he brings in broad international experience in strategies, revenue and ancillary growth tools, restructuring and turnarounds, profitability increase, cost and process optimization, fleet management and digitalization.
