Anna Becker

Anna Becker


Anna joined UNEX in 2015 after 3 years in the digital media industry. She holds a Master of Science degree in General Management and executed various projects in our Travel & Transport, Exhibition & Convention and Branded Goods division.

Armin Bovensiepen


Armin joined UNEX in 2017 as Partner in Travel & Transport. He is a C-level executive with work experience at Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, BMI, Air Berlin, Niki, Etihad and LH Cargo.

Arne Kock


Arne holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management. He has gained work experience at Mondelez and Schwartauer Werke as well as in the Travel & Transport industry.

Benjamin Luckassen


Benjamin holds a Master of Arts. He is part of our Exhibition & Convention competence center and worked on multiple projects in Germany and abroad.

Benno Christian Daegling


Benno is co-founder of UNEX. Before starting his own consultancy in 2002 he was Partner at St. Gallen Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman. Today he is practice head of UNEX Travel & Transport and Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Björn Rosenberger


Björn has joined UNEX in 2005 after working for Oliver Wyman. Since then he has had responsibility for many projects in Travel & Transport, Exhibition & Convention and Branded Goods.

Carsten Schäfer


Bevor joining the UNEX Travel & Transport Team Carsten was Senior Manager at Lufthansa, Miles & More, Sabre and Air Berlin. His profound knowledge is valuable to companies in and beyond Travel & Transport.

Claudia Heydenreich


Claudia works for UNEX since 2005 in both, the Travel & Transport and Branded Goods competence center. Before she was part of Oliver Wyman.

Horst Findeisen


Horst joined the UNEX Travel & Transport team in 2018 from Star Alliance where he spent many years in Top Management. His career started at Lufthansa and LH Cargo.

Mike Radziwinski


Mike is a co-founder of UNEX. He has very successfully built up a strong UNEX Exhibition & Convention competence center. Before starting his own consultancy Mike worked at St. Gallen Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman. He is also responsible for our Durable Goods business.

Peter Ulmer


Being a senior executive with an international background in various leadership positions within the Lufthansa Group, Peter focuses on the areas of sales management, customer service, and operations.

Stefan Klingenstein


Stefan joined UNEX in 2010 after 4 years with another consulting firm. He has been leading many projects in our Exhibition & Convention, Travel & Transport and Branded Goods competence centers.

Tomma Piltz


Tomma is part of our Travel & Transport team. She joined UNEX from Air Berlin, TUI and Norwegian Cruise Line. Her focus is on Change Management, Pricing and Revenue Management.
